3. User Accounts

• No-Show: Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in charges and account restrictions

If a service provider cancels your booking, we will notify you and assist in rescheduling or provide a full refund.

Service prices are displayed in the app and may vary based on:

• Dynamic pricing factors

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including:

• Credit and debit cards (via Paymob)
• Digital wallet
• Cash on delivery (where available)

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees and charges associated with your use of the Service.

5.4 Refunds

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
